TVJILI Platform Rules & User Agreement

01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "tvjili," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the tvjili platform accessible at tvjili.net and through the tvjili mobile application.
• "Platform" means the tvjili website, mobile application, and all associated services, games, and features made available to registered users.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the tvjili platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by an individual on the tvjili platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds held in a user's tvjili account at any given time, excluding bonus credits unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Credits" means any promotional funds, free spins, or other non-cash incentives credited to a user's account by tvjili as part of a promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before it or any associated winnings may be withdrawn from tvjili.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body under whose framework tvjili operates.
• "PHP" or "₱" means Philippine Peso, the currency used for all transactions on the tvjili platform.

02 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and tvjili. By accessing the tvjili platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by tvjili, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with tvjili's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you are accessing tvjili on behalf of a third party or using another person's account, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms and Conditions. tvjili reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the tvjili platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

These Terms and Conditions were last updated in January 2026 and supersede all previous versions. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. tvjili will endeavour to notify registered users of material changes via the email address associated with their account.

03 Eligibility

To register and use the tvjili platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine gaming regulations and is strictly enforced by tvjili.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons may not register accounts on tvjili.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing tvjili from, any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of tvjili, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by tvjili or by any gaming regulatory authority, including PAGCOR.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

tvjili reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

04 Account Registration

Each individual may register only one account on tvjili. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification;
• A valid and active email address that you own and control;
• Your date of birth, which must confirm you are 21 years of age or older;
• A valid Philippine mobile number;
• Your current residential address within the Philippines.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tvjili account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify tvjili immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. tvjili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

tvjili reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on tvjili are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). tvjili does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which tvjili accepts no responsibility.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount on tvjili is ₱100.
• Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability.
• Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your tvjili account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to be credited, depending on your bank's processing times.
• tvjili reserves the right to impose deposit limits on individual accounts for responsible gaming or regulatory compliance purposes.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount on tvjili is ₱500.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours on business days.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the tvjili account holder.
• tvjili may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal request. Requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of verification.
• Bonus credits and winnings derived solely from bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.
• tvjili reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above ₱50,000 in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

tvjili offers various promotional bonuses, free credits, and other incentives to registered users from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

• Bonus credits are credited to a separate bonus balance and are not available for withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses on tvjili carry a wagering requirement of twenty times (20x) the bonus amount on eligible games.
• Not all games on tvjili contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games and certain specialty games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus credits and associated winnings that have not been wagered within the stated expiry period will be forfeited automatically.
• tvjili reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a user's account will remain subject to the terms in effect at the time of crediting.
• Only one bonus may be active on a tvjili account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only. Any attempt to exploit bonus terms through systematic play, collusion, or other means constitutes a prohibited activity under Section 8.

07 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the tvjili platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are entirely random and not influenced by any external factor, including previous game results, account status, or bet size. tvjili's RNG systems are independently tested and certified by accredited testing laboratories.

The Return to Player (RTP) percentages published for each game on tvjili represent the theoretical long-term average return and are not a guarantee of any specific outcome in any individual gaming session. Past results do not influence future outcomes on any tvjili game.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, tvjili will endeavour to resolve the issue and restore the game to its last confirmed state. Where this is not possible, tvjili reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the user's balance. tvjili's decision in such matters is final.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before commencing a gaming session on tvjili. tvjili accepts no liability for losses attributable to connection failures on the user's side.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tvjili platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account-per-person rule;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with tvjili games or systems;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in tvjili's platform for financial gain;
• Colluding with other users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the tvjili platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with tvjili's software or systems;
• Using tvjili's platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming;
• Accessing tvjili from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward tvjili staff or other users.

tvjili employs fraud detection systems and reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, tvjili may suspend or permanently close the account, void all pending bets and bonuses, withhold or forfeit the account balance, and report the matter to PAGCOR or other relevant authorities as required by law.

09 Responsible Gaming

tvjili is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all users of the platform. We provide a range of tools to help users manage their gaming activity, all of which are accessible through your tvjili account settings.

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your tvjili account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: You may configure alerts that notify you of the duration of your current gaming session on tvjili.
• Cooling-Off Periods: You may temporarily suspend your tvjili account for a period of your choosing, ranging from 24 hours to six weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: You may permanently self-exclude from tvjili. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of six months and cannot be lifted at your request during that period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the tvjili platform, including but not limited to the tvjili name and logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design, is the exclusive property of tvjili or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tvjili platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the tvjili platform without the prior written consent of tvjili.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tvjili's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the tvjili platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your tvjili account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tvjili shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses of any kind;
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials;
• Losses attributable to internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party service interruptions beyond tvjili's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information published on the tvjili platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude tvjili's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

tvjili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity as described in Section 8;
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• A regulatory direction or court order requiring account closure;
• Extended account inactivity, defined as no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than breach or prohibited conduct, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements. Bonus credits are non-refundable upon account closure.

You may request voluntary closure of your tvjili account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

13 Privacy

tvjili collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By using the tvjili platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

tvjili will not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share your data with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required to operate the tvjili platform and comply with applicable Philippine law. 14 Amendments to These Terms

tvjili reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, tvjili will provide notice to registered users via the email address associated with their account at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the tvjili platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using tvjili and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, whether contractual or non-contractual, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

tvjili operates under the PAGCOR regulatory framework. In the event of a dispute between you and tvjili that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with their published dispute resolution procedures.

To initiate a complaint with tvjili, please contact our support team at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. tvjili will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and endeavour to provide a full response within ten (10) business days.

You and tvjili agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, and both parties irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of those courts.
